A Public Witness
Updated as new reporting / records emerge

Track reported abuses of power and corruption — case by case.

A Public Witness is a public-facing index of reported actions, transactions, and documented incidents connected to the Trump administration and Trump-linked entities. Each page emphasizes a source-first approach: entries are built around published reporting, official records, filings, and oversight documents.

Note: some sub-pages currently use different themes (light/dark). This homepage is designed as the clean, light baseline for a cohesive style across the site.

Method & standards

This site is designed to be auditable: claims should trace back to sources. Where figures are disputed or unclear, trackers should either use the most conservative clearly supported number or mark the amount as unknown.

Source-first entries

Each record should link to the underlying reporting, filings, court documents, or oversight materials.

No rumor as data

Out of scope: social posts, anonymous claims, or assertions without credible published documentation.

Not a legal verdict

Trackers organize reported facts and allegations; they do not claim illegality unless a source does.

Evolving record

New reporting, corrections, and primary records may revise entries. Transparency matters more than speed.

A Public Witness is independently maintained. Contributions help cover hosting, research time, and documentation.
